    BOOKING CONDITIONS

    PAYMENT TERMS:

    1. A deposit of 50% must be paid to Executive Golf Tours within 10 working days from the date of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the tour or event resold at the sole discretion of Executive Golf Tours.
    2. Final balances must be paid to Executive Golf Tours no later that 10 weeks prior to the first day of the tour or event.
    3. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the first day of the booked tour or event, the deposit and final balance must be paid to Executive Golf Tours by an authorised credit card or bank transfer.

    CANCELLATION:

    1. In the event of written cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to arrival, the balance of the funds less the administration cost, hotel deposits and green fees already paid, are refundable.
    2. For Tours or Events which include Old Course St Andrews “guaranteed” tee times, the full booking fee is non refundable.
    3. Cancellation or shortfall of numbers between 10 weeks and arrival date is subject to 100% loss of the tour or event cost. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for this reason.

    GOLF: Caddies & club hire are available on request. Due to the popularity of best known golf courses we regret that reservations cannot be without full payment of green fees and well in advance of the trip. In the event of cancellation, these fees are non returnable. Golfers should carry a handicap certificate and letter of introduction from their golf club secretary.

    ST. ANDREWS OLD COURSE: St Andrews Old Course operates a ballot system for which we require to know :- the names of all those who wish to play, their home clubs, their handicaps and preferred dates & times of play. Executive Golf has an excellent record booking Old Course tee times but is always subject to availability and not guaranteed.

    SPECIAL SERVICES: (eg. Entrance to events such as the British Open) will not be obtained and deposits requested by suppliers will not be paid without full payment in advance from the operator, such payment being non­refundable in the event of a cancellation.

    SECURE GOLF: Special security measures can be arranged on request with fully trained British Forces personnel and aircraft landings are possible to RAF Leuchars next to St Andrews, RAF Farnborough near to London and other airfields in the U.K. for added security.

    CAR HIRE: The person or persons driving a hire car should have a driving license and two forms of identification

    PAYMENTS: should be made in pounds sterling. If paying by credit card, please contact us to pass details of your card; American Express charge is 3%. EGT has Trust Account Banking with the Bank of Scotland.
    If paying by telegraphic transfer, or normal bank transfer through your own bankers, we regret we cannot accept drafts or cheques on banks outside the United Kingdom. Please ensure that all credit card and bank charges are paid and that the amount to Executive Golf Tours. is the total amount of the invoice. Executive Golf Tours bank details:
