A round of golf on the New or world famous Old Course and to finish the day welcome cocktails and dinner will be served in the evening. (Whilst EGT have to-date a 100% booking record on the Old Course this round cannot be guaranteed as they operate a ballot system.

Day 2.
Breakfast overlooking the Old Course then golf on the Jubilee or Old Course. After golf, we have planned a sightseeing and shopping trip in St Andrews (a must-visit for all golfers and tourists coming to Fife and Scotland). There is so much that St Andrews has to offer, from the famous Old Course and the other great courses, to miles of sandy beaches, and the quaint charm of the 'Auld Grey Toon'. We have planned a visit to the Heritage Golf Factory where they specialise in exact replicas of antique hickory shafted clubs.
In the evening, you have the opportunity to have dinner in one of St Andrew's excellent restaurants or you may chose to dine in the hotel itself.

El Paraiso is surrounded by gardens, flowers, soft waterfalls and lakes, situated in a residential area between Marbella and Estepona, with panoramic views over the coast and of course a great Golf Course of 18 holes. All of them are in a perfect condition and prepared for welcoming visiting golfers. The great number and variety of facilities, the privileged climate allows us to play all year round, and the prestige of its golf courses has definitively made Andalucia a first-call golf destination.

Last 4 Days - Spanish Tour

Valderrama Course
Valderrama Golf Course

Day 4.
Meet at El Paraiso Golf Club private golf club, which was designed by Gary Player. This course offers a challenge to players of all levels with wide open fairways but can also test you if you end up in the heavy rough areas. Meandering streams flow through and across lush fairways all flanked by palm trees. Lakes provide a home for many types of water birds, fish, turtles and a few stray golf balls. This is one of the best-designed courses on the Costa del Golf and the backdrop of the dramatic mountains together with the Mediterranean sea are stunning.
Non golfers explore Cordoba, the ancient Moorish capital. This intriguing ancient city was the capital of Moorish Spain for three centuries. Enjoy a tour of the impressive Arab Mosque, which will provide you with some insight into Cordoba's past. Also experience the ancient, narrow, winding streets of the Jewish Quarter, the Synagogue and the Roman Bridge. A city of fabled kingdoms!
Free time in the evening to explore the many shops and restaurant of Puerto Banus or Marbella. Puerto Banus is the place to ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views. Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who like to visit southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

Day 5.
Met by EGT staff and transferred to the exclusive Valderrama Golf Club host of the Volvo Masters. Valderrama is known as "The Augusta of Europe" and was the venue for the 1997 Ryder Cup. Designed by Robert Trent Jones and 5995 metres from the yellow markers this is a golfers paradise. The fourth hole is described by many (Including the designer himself) “as one of the truly great par 5s in the world” This has got to be the ultimate end round of golf for all enthusiasts and something to enjoy and treasure.
Non-golfers visit Granada where you will see Spain's foremost monument, La Alhambra. Try shopping for a great variety of Granada handicrafts. Granada is one of the last towns in Spain where you still get a free tapa with every glass of wine or beer.
Free time in the evening to explore the Costa Del Sol.

Day 6.
Meet at Flamingos Golf Club in the middle of the famous golf valley. This spectacular course has been designed to represent the garden of a lavish Tuscan villa. There is an echo of Roman themes with classic columns and statues and marble bridges over streams. Every hole affords magnificent ocean views with Gibraltar and Africa beyond. A round of golf here takes players through a wide variety of trees and shrubs including olive, chestnut, orange, cypress trees to name but a few.
The course is technically demanding particularly over the front nine with a real test on the par 4 tenth. There are some with elevated tees providing unobstructed and panoramic views over the Mediterranean sea. The course is 5619 metres off the yellow markers and when you have finished you have the pleasure of having a drink on the large terraces at the 6 star Villa Padierna Hotel

Day 7.
We recommend that you spend some time relaxing on your last day or enjoy one of the many tours that are offered from this Hotel. Alternatively you can relax by the pool or head down to the local beach and reflect on your week of Golf in 2 countries. In the evening you can head for the Millionaires playground of Puerto Banus and enjoy the views over the Marina of luxury yachts, fast cars and the sun going down at the end of another day in paradise.
If you are still keen for more golf of 9 or 18 holes then please let us know and we can arrange another round at one of the many course that surround El Paraiso.
